30-Day Return Policy

2.     Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

3.     Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without it, we may not be able to process your request.

4.     Refund Options: Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5.     Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

o   Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)

o   Gift cards

o   Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) if opened

6.     Return Process:

o   Online: Contact our customer service team at contact@mutafour.com, Subject: Return. You’ll receive a return shipping label (if applicable). Please package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.

7.     Shipping Costs: For online purchases, return shipping is free if the item is defective or incorrect. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

8.     Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster availability.

9.     Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@mutafour.com, Subject: Damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
